You learn the techniques and training that real fighters use to prepare for their matches in the boxing ring and MMA tournaments from seasoned fighters and trainers with over 60 years of real fighting experience. We shape your body by focusing on your strength, cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, power, speed, stamina, flexibility, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy; Basically, all around athleticism. At RingFit we maximize our high intensity training work outs by combining Kettle bell workouts, Olympic-style weightlifting, body weight exercises, short and long distance runs/sprints, mixed in with punches, kicks, and fighting techniques utilized in a real fight.
